E.A.R. Inc. (Insta-Mold Western Headquarters) was originally developed by Garry G. Gordon, M.S. (Audiologist) and his advisors to support the needs of major corporations attempting to comply with state and federal regulations regarding noise. E.A.R.'s initial assignments included working with the following accounts:

Soon a key marketing team was formed that was to be responsible for distributing special instrumentation (audiometers, sound rooms, sound level meters and hearing protection systems, etc.) throughout a nine-state region.

While these two endeavors took place, E.A.R. Inc. became involved with Dr. Sydney Gurshkov, chemist from Insta-Mold Products, Inc. where the two companies combined their professional talents to research, manufacture and internationally market high-grade silicones for the hearing industry.

Today we are pleased to inform you that this relationship has produced some of the best products in the world which have been highly recognized by a variety of professionals (medical doctors, audiologists, athletes, etc.) concerned with hearing healthcare.

In fact, Insta-Mold is not only used by major corporations worldwide but also has the distinct pleasure of being featured in 2 world summer Olympic events.
